Privacy
Before launch we collect one thing only: the email of people who join the waitlist. Here's how we handle it.
- Controller
- Samuel Viviani. For any request: support@samuelviviani.com.
- What data
- Your email, the site language, the date and time you joined and confirmed; if you joined from a friend's link, who invited you. Of your IP address we keep only an encrypted fingerprint (not reversible), used to block automated sign-ups.
- Why
- To tell you when Viviani launches, give you early access and send you brand news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Where
- The site is hosted by Vercel and the data is stored in a Neon database. It may be processed outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share it.
- How long
- For as long as you stay subscribed. If you withdraw consent we delete your email within 30 days, keeping only the record of consent and withdrawal as proof.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@samuelviviani.com. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
